Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.To be eligible, items must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In new condition
  • With all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.As a small business, we kindly ask that customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at: chaptersversesmerch@gmail.com 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider. 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

We are not responsible for:
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
